What do I do while my munchkin is in kid yoga class?
you must chill. consider this your 45 minute vacation. recharge while your little one disconnects. have a latte (read: mommy fuel), take an extended savasana (read: nap) or check something else off your to-do list. into retail therapy? well the doctor is IN! snag some of our cute merch at Shop Shorty while you unwind. for those grown-ups with absolutely no chill, if it’s cool with the kids of course, you can join in on the fun, it’ll be good for you too!
What should a kid wear to yoga?
leggings, joggers, tees… you know, yoga clothes.
Do I need to bring a mat?
always a great idea to bring your own! an exercise mat or something similar will do too. if you need ideas or our professional recommendations head to Shop Shorty for our picks!
Do adults have to pay to join the Mamastay classes?
nope! all shorty classes are priced the same – per child.
What about siblings, do I have to pay for each kid?
yep, each kid must be signed up individually.
Do you do private sessions?
we do! we offer private and semi-private sessions at home or wherever you are in the Los Angeles area! convenient, right? for pricing and availability give us a ring or email [email protected].
Can I buy yoga sessions as a gift for this cool kid I know?
uh, yeah you can! gift cards are sold online (or wherever you find our classes) at the value of your choice, and can be redeemed for yoga sessions or the coolest of shorty merch.

CANCELLATIONS
Private Sessions and Semi-Private Pods:
- You must cancel your class 24 hours or more prior to class start time in order to return the session to your account for use at a future date.
- If you late-cancel less than 24 hours prior to class start time, your session will still be deducted from your account.
NO-SHOW

- If you do not show up to your class and do not cancel, your session will still be deducted from your account.
